Unless explicitly indicated otherwise for designated platform-sold merchandise, contracts of sale are established directly between the buyer and the corresponding seller. EUROPETCG acts as a hosting and escrow facilitation service under the liability exemption framework of EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act - DSA, Art. 6), EU Directive 2000/31/EC, and Articles 14 to 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), EuropeTCG designates the following single point of contact for direct communications with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and users:
Notice and Takedown: Any person, rightsholder, or entity identifying listings containing counterfeit cards, intellectual property infringement, or illegal goods may submit a substantiated notice to the contact email above. Upon receiving verifiable notice, EuropeTCG will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing content in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA.
All brands, game names, trade dress, symbols, and card artwork referenced on EUROPETCG (including Pokémon, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Konami, Kazuki Takahashi, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Bandai, Disney, Ravensburger, etc.) are the registered trademarks and property of their respective copyright holders.
Their mention on this platform serves exclusively nominative and identification purposes under the fair use doctrine for secondary market collectibles, without implying any official endorsement, sponsorship, or association with EUROPETCG.
In compliance with the transparency guidelines of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), EUROPETCG declares that the website architecture, source code, data parsing algorithms, and cart optimization features have been developed and maintained partially with the assistance of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated programming tools.
All software is provided "as is". Critical platform operations, including financial trustee disbursals, order dispute mediation, and policy enforcement, remain subject to direct human supervision.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s consumer jurisdiction or, where legally permissible, the jurisdiction of the website operator.
