Private Sellers (4.5% fee) are collectors selling surplus cards. Professional Sellers (reduced 2.5% fee vs 5.0% traditional marketplaces) are registered businesses or stores with higher sales limits, bulk CSV import, API access, and priority business support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) and European directives (such as DAC7 and AML regulations) require payment processors to verify user identity once certain annual sales volume thresholds are met. This ensures EuropeTCG remains a 100% legitimate and fraud-free marketplace.

You can manage all your shipping addresses and automated locker locations (InPost, Mondial Relay, Packstation) inside your User Dashboard under "Addresses". Address updates apply to future orders.

If you will be away and unable to dispatch parcels, activate Vacation Mode from your dashboard. Your listings will be temporarily hidden from search. Once you return, deactivate it with 1 click to resume selling.

EuropeTCG operates strictly in Euros (€). You can checkout directly using credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, European instant payment methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort), or using your internal EuropeTCG wallet balance.

Unlike traditional marketplaces (which charge buyers a trustee surcharge), on EuropeTCG Trustee protection is 100% FREE (0.0%) for buyers. We hold the funds securely in escrow until you receive and inspect the cards. The seller is only paid after delivery is confirmed.

When the buyer confirms safe arrival (or the carrier registers locker/home delivery), funds are released to your EuropeTCG wallet. You can withdraw your balance directly to your European bank account via SEPA Transfer with 0€ in withdrawal fees once your balance reaches 25.00 €.

The minimum withdrawal threshold is 25.00 €. The exclusive official payout method on EuropeTCG is via direct SEPA Bank Transfer to your European IBAN account, which is 100% free (0.00 € fee).
