Whenever an order ships with tracking or to a smart locker (InPost, Mondial Relay, DHL Packstation, Citypaq), our Trustee Service holds funds in legal escrow. Unlike traditional marketplaces, Trustee protection on EuropeTCG is 100% FREE (0.0%) for the buyer.

1. You Pay Safely

The buyer completes checkout in Euros (€). Funds are secured in EuropeTCG escrow accounts.

2. The Seller Ships the Parcel

The seller drops off the parcel at the agency or smart locker and registers the verified tracking number.

3. Funds Released to Seller

Once the buyer confirms arrival or the carrier registers locker retrieval, funds are released to the seller (withdrawable from 10.00 € via 0€ SEPA).

If a parcel is lost in transit by the carrier, the buyer receives a 100% full refund from EuropeTCG, while the seller files an insured claim with the transport agency.

For single cards or orders valued at 150.00 € or higher, EuropeTCG establishes reinforced packaging guidelines to guarantee fairness in any dispute:

  • Rigid Protection:Protective sleeve + rigid toploader or graded slab required.
  • Packaging Evidence:The seller should photograph or record continuous footage of the card placed inside the sealed parcel before dispatch.
  • Unboxing Verification:Buyers are advised to record continuous unboxing video footage upon receiving high-tier collector parcels.
